Marcus Beer
Marcus Beer is the general manager of Trillium Farms, part of Versova’s family of companies and one of Ohio’s largest egg producers. In this role, Marcus oversees all farm operations including the production and processing functions at the farm’s five laying hen facilities, driving a culture that fully engages all team members, and ensuring that all farm teams are operating under Versova’s core values and guiding principles.
Before joining the Trillium Farms team, Marcus served as director of support services for Versova, where he focused on managing teams in technical services, flock services, and support operations at Trillium Farms as well as Centrum Valley Farms, a Versova operation in Iowa. He started his career in the egg production industry in 2011 at Centrum Valley Farms. Early in his career, Marcus worked in the accounting and finance industries in Iowa. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Iowa.
