Jan Kramer
Jan Kramer is Versova’s in-house General Counsel and is responsible for providing legal guidance to Versova’s leaders with particular focus in the areas of growth and expansion, human resources and business planning. Jan ensures that Versova always operates within the law, offers counsel on legal issues, creates an effective guardian of the organization, and facilitates business development strategies.
Prior to joining Versova in-house, Jan worked as an attorney in private practice for nearly three decades, having served as a legal advisor to Versova and its farms for more than 15 years during that time. Kramer has deep expertise in Versova’s business and growth plans, as well as immense experience in a variety of business and legal practices, including litigation, employment law, business law, agriculture law and environmental law.
