Our Cooperative

We are excited to share an important development with you - Versova is transitioning our family of companies into an agricultural cooperative. Our new name is Versova Management Cooperative. This is a change designed with our customers, our team members, and our communities at the forefront.

As a cooperative, our goal is to bring the farms we manage under the “One Versova” banner. Our new structure will unite the strengths of our member farms, including: Center Fresh Group, Centrum Valley Farms, Hawkeye Pride Egg Farm, Iowa Cage-free, Morning Fresh Farms, Oakdell Egg Farms and Trillium Farms.

For Our Customers

This transition builds upon our existing operational model while allowing us to maximize efficiency and streamline our processes. For our customers, this means:

  • A More Efficient Sales Process: A single point of contact for all your egg needs, simplifying your ordering and communication.

  • An Enhanced Customer Experience: By leveraging our combined resources, we can respond more quickly and comprehensively to your requirements.

For Our Team Members

With this transition, our team members will become employees of Versova Management Cooperative. For our team members, this means:

  • A Common Identity: Versova Management Cooperative will replace the farm name on staff paychecks to reflect the cooperative.

  • A Local Presence: Each farm will retain its identity, which is familiar to their local community.

For Our Communities

At Versova, we take great pride in the rich history and unique identity each of our farms has built in their community. From Ohio to Oregon and many places between, our farms bring their own culture to our cooperative. As cooperative members, our farms will retain their same trusted names, brand identity, and products.

Versova defines itself as “A family of companies; a company of families.” This concept aligns clearly with an agricultural cooperative structure. As Versova has grown, there are now more than 25 families represented on our partnership and board. Each has a voice in our business.
