Our Team

Matt Nice serves as vice president of supply chain at Versova, leading strategy and execution for feed ingredient procurement, warehousing, and purchasing. He partners with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable supply and consistent practices that scale across the organization.

Since joining Versova in 2022, Matt has improved ingredient purchasing and inventory controls and standardized onboarding for acquired feed mills and farms. Before the egg industry, he served as director of golf at The Ridge, where Matt launched and grew the operation, and later managed a John Deere dealership.

Matthew holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Briar Cliff University.
