Todd Boettcher serves as the vice president of operations performance at Versova, leading a team of managers that partners with farm and plant leaders to guide, support, and elevate operations. He focuses on improving key performance indicators, standardizing best practices, and advancing a culture aligned with Versova’s core values and guiding principles.

Since joining Versova in 2019, Todd has driven growth by aligning processes and standards across legacy and acquired operations. Before Versova, he was a stage 1 operations manager at Rembrandt Enterprises.
