A veterinarian by training, Dr. Rowles has worked in animal agriculture for more than 30 years. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Iowa State University in 1982, then spent 14 years in mixed-animal practice with a focus on swine before managing an 8,000-sow farrow-to-finish operation for 18 years—experience that informs his approach to poultry health and husbandry. He joined Versova in 2016.
