Jan Kramer serves as senior legal counsel at Versova, advising leadership on growth and expansion, human resources, and business planning. Jan ensures the company operates within the law, manages legal risk, and supports business development initiatives.

Before joining Versova, Jan worked as an attorney in private practice for nearly three decades, advising Versova and its farms during that time. Jan brings deep knowledge of Versova’s business and extensive experience in litigation, employment, business, agriculture, and environmental law. She also serves on the Versova Community Foundation board of directors.

Jan holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a law degree from Drake University.
